Since the early 80's, Rich Zaccagni has been instrumental in establishing industry
standards and methods of application for gutter and exterior siding products. His
expertise spans both new construction and remodeling projects in the residential,
commercial, and industrial markets. Rich has designed, installed, and directed the
installation of exterior construction products on thousands of projects for nearly
thirty years, developing relationships with many builders, architects, suppliers,
and homeowners. He has become a well-known leader in the exterior construction products
and installation industry and offers expert design and installation services to
each of his clients. |

John LaFramboise has worked in the construction industry for the past 20 years.
Prior to his partnership with Rich at ZLC, John worked as a manufacturer's rep and
as a contractor in the Chicagoland area. He has represented aluminum, vinyl, and
fiber cement siding products to builders and contractors alike and has spent many
years selling installed exterior packages to semi-custom and custom home builders.
Rounding out his resume, John also offers his clients valuable knowledge and experience
with wood and vinyl windows. John's wealth of exterior product knowledge coupled
with his contracting experience ensures our clients receive cost-effective and efficient
exterior product installation. |
