ZLC, Inc is owned and operated by Rich Zaccagni and John LaFramboise. Together we represent over 70 years of combined experience related to exterior construction products and the installations of those products. Conveniently located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois we and the expanded ZLC, Inc. professional team strive to offer the highest level of service to every client and we stand behind everything we put our names on. Our longevity is attributed to our solid reputation for excellent service and craftsmanship, making us one the Chicagoland’s leading exterior product installation providers.

John LaFramboise

He has worked in the Construction industry for the past 30 years. Prior to his partnership with Rich at ZLC, Inc. John worked as a manufacturer’s rep and as a contractor in the Chicagoland area. He has represented companies such as Alcoa Building Products and James Hardie while selling aluminum, vinyl and fiber cement siding products to builders and contractors alike. Rounding out his resume, John also offers his clients valuable knowledge and experience with wood and vinyl windows. John’s wealth of exterior product knowledge coupled with his contracting experience ensures our clients receive cost effective and efficient exterior product installation.

Rich Zaccagni

Since the 1980’s Rich Zaccagni has been instrumental in establishing industry standards and methods of application for exterior related siding, gutter and trim products. His expertise spans both new and renovation projects in residential, commercial and industrial markets including single family luxury homes, multi-unit apartment projects and everything in between. Rich has designed, installed and directed the installations of thousands of projects for nearly 40 years. He has developed lasting relationships with builders, architects, suppliers and homeowners and become a well know leader in the exterior construction products and installation industry by offering expert design and installation recommendations to each of his clients. Rich is graduate from Montini High School in Lombard and Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois.

Tim Burich

Prior to joining the ZLC, Inc. team Tim spent the last 25 years  of his life working for production homebuilders, a wall panel/roof truss manufacturer, and a building material distributor.

Tim’s experience and knowledge of the industry enable him to find creative ways to reduce costs without compromising quality.  He is bright, detail oriented, and provides outstanding customer service.  Tim goes out of his way to make sure his customers projects are on time, complete, and accurate.

Dave Twohig

Dave is the newest member of the ZLC team, joining us May, 2018.  Dave graduated from Northwestern University in 1989 with a Degree in Engineering and then proudly served as an Officer in the United States Navy, flying as a Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) in the F-14 Tomcat.  Following his time in the Navy, he spent over 20 years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  Dave’s background and experience are unique in our industry, and he brings an outstanding ability to achieve results to the ZLC team.
